ABOUT ME

As long as I can remember I have been an artisan, creating my own clothing, furniture, art, home decor and music. It is that passion that drives me daily in my life pursuit of a true artisan lifestyle.
Having a fervent dream to one day have high fashion women's brand of my own, I pursued a fashion design degree at FIDM in Los Angeles in 2009.
Before I graduated in 2011 I was approached by the FIDM career leaders to apply for a job with Black Sheep by lost. I was hired and began my dream in the fashion industry as a head fashion designer. In my last year at FIDM I split my time between being the head designer of Black Sheep and finishing my degree with Summa Cum Laude honors.  Many labels were started durning my time with the company that soon would undergo a sudden split, multiplying my craft as I was able to create many different brands underneath the companies of ZSupply and Lost before durning and after their split. Names of the brands are as follows: Black Sheep, Lost for Her, Black Swan, White Crow, and Others Follow. As the lead creative designer I was pushed to conceptualize and create every brand message, brand direction,  customer profile, seasonal theme, photoshoot and lifestyle images as well as every garment for every seasonal collection of each label. This took my experience and multiplied it into passion for many different angles of a fashion brand.
In 2013 Joel Cooper the President of Gotch Ya and Lost International asked me to create a women’s clothing collection for Lost. I came up with what I named Sea Gypsies Clothing. He hired me as a self contracted basis since he knew I was still hanging onto the dream of creating my own personal brand. Before long my full attention was on the brand as I became the Creative and Artistic Director of Sea Gypsies clothing. During my time working on the collection I was able to stretch my capabilities from apparel design into swimwear and accessory design.
For the last seven years I have poured my creativity into every detail of the collections I was creating. Conceptualizing everything from branding story, brand logos, global travel trend research, color stories,  hiring models and ambassadors, running all online social media and organizing every season's direction for each photoshoot down to the final pictures in the look books and all brand direction world wide. Each time I took on more of a role my passion has expanded into more passion.
In 2017 I bought a work live loft in the art district in Santa Ana in which to start creating and working for myself and for clients from the convience of my design space. Today I work on a self contracted basis, conceptualizing new brands and collections and groupings for clients. I also design and sell furniture, paintings and graphics on a made to order basis.
If you wish to hear more about my services, or sit down with me to discuss bringing me in-house at your location drop me a message and say hello. I am open to all opportunities in and outside of my design space. I would love to work with you on not only creating an amazing brand that women can fall in love with, but to help you put the pieces together to see the final outcome of your collection.
Cheers
